Welcome to the Collaboration for a New Century!
Since 1999 we have been gathering teams of caring and committed people to bring real change for the poor and suffering in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

Volunteers and donors from faith and business communities use the Collaboration as a doorway or onramp to involvement in social agencies that have been proven to make a difference.

Be part of the change. The United Way “Caring Index” shows Arizona to be far behind the national average in compassion, volunteerism, and quality of life, and we’re out to change all that.

“We believe many in the business and faith community simply want help getting connected and don’t want to serve alone,” said Collaboration Executive Director Steve Capobres.

Does your organization have a special social interest? Whether it’s mentoring at-risk youth, building affordable houses, feeding the homeless, or giving financially, the Collaboration makes it easy to connect (See AZLeaderForce).

"When the elderly, disadvantaged or at-risk in our city struggle, it affects us all. Persistent poverty leads to deflated civic morale, lost human potential, and higher economic costs. Thankfully the Collaboration has given us, as leaders, a way to respond through coaching partnerships with effective social service organizations. Join us in making a difference. We’ll all be better off if you do.”
